Our Executive Head Chef Karn (pictured) has the highest professional qualifications and more than ten years of experience in the food industry between Thailand, Sydney and Melbourne. While Thai food is his native cuisine, he is comfortable in all manner of cooking styles and processes and prides himself on being a culinary artist, having honed his craft and recipes for food and sauces over a long period of time.
